The Big Launch!

For the last two weeks, our pioneering Masterclass have been writing, directing and shooting their pilot vodcasting channel concept pieces. Now its time for you to come along and witness the launch of a dozen new Vodcasting channels !

New ideas, new ways of telling : online, to the largest potential audience in history. Viral teasers, music & fashion, office shenanegins, cuationary tales, stories from the street, the sporting pitch, indian wisdom, personal journeys – even calming therapies.

Metro Screen Masterclass Series in VODCASTING

“Don’t just count the audience, get to the audience that counts!”
June 13th – 30th

Seminar (June 13th, 9am-1pm) : Industry pioneers discuss the changing creative and commercial parameters of screen media, with special focus on the rise of niche-casting and peer-to-peer distribution to self-selected target audiences. Metro members $10, guests $20.

Workshop (June 16th – 27th ) : An intensive two-week program for fifteen select participants. Mentoring and access to cameras, edit suites, and online tools – everything you need to launch your own VODCast channel with pilot and first episodes up and running online. Apply now.

Launch Party (June 30th, 7.30pm) : Exhibiting Masterclass products and platforms, a chance for masterclass participants to showcase their work to an invited audience. Venue details TBC.
